I had a great stay at this hotel at the top of the Royal Mile. The rooms were ultra comfy and cozy, located in a historic building in a fantastic location. However, accessing them with a narrow, spiral staircase can be a bit challenging, especially with luggage.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was warm, clean, and comfortable, and the communication from the staff was excellent. However, there were some cleanliness issues with used towels left in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing.
